No outside beverages will be allowed on the vehicle, unfortunately. We have a strict non-alcoholic beverage policy while you are on the vehicle and we’d prefer to not have to police your containers. Plenty of water and other refreshments will be available.
A COOLER WILL BE AVAILABLE ON BOARD FOR ANY CRAFT BREW PURCHASES YOU’D LIKE TO KEEP COLD DURING TRANSIT.
It’s possible that an outing would be canceled due to weather, brewery unavailability, an amount of guests that doesn’t meet the minimum, or some other unforeseen problem. Guests would be contacted via the contact information provided to us. Ticket Price Refunds will be provided for any instance of our cancellation.
YES. Sure, we want you to enjoy our Craft Brew Excursions but SAFETY is our biggest priority. Seatbelt use is required. There is no smoking, vaping, or drinking of alcoholic beverages in a TapsTasting, LLC vehicle. Why no alcohol drinking on a "Craft Brew" vehicle? Because you’ll have plenty of delicious craft brew to keep you happy at each of our stops. Feel free to bring your purchases aboard for storage, however!
All participants must be 21 years of age or older. The TapTastings, LLC Liability Waiver will be available for acknowledgment at booking and at the start of your excursion. A preview is below. Acknowledgment of the terms on our Liability Waiver is required. Thank you!
Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Unfortunately, we are not able to wait for guests past the departure time. Please call or text to let us know and we can try to meet you at the next stop. After the tour, you will be responsible for travel back to your vehicle/meetup spot. There is no refund for tardiness or no-shows. Please see below for cancellation terms.
Public/Scheduled Excursion Tickets are non-refundable within 72 hours of the excursion. 50% is refundable prior to 72 hours of the excursion. Tickets cancelled prior to one week before the excursion are fully refundable. Any non-refundable amount is fully transferable for another available date.
Private or Custom Excursions require a 25% deposit. This deposit is refundable if the tour is canceled at least 7 days in advance. Any non-refundable amount or deposit is fully transferable for another available date.
Tips for brewery/restaurant staff are included.
Tips for TapTastings staff are not included since a tip amount is up to our guests. Feel free to tip nothing on up to whatever you’d like. An industry suggested amount is $5 - $15 per guest but, again, it is not required nor expected.
