HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE AND IS THERE A MINIMUM?
Our van, “Barley”, can accommodate up to 14 guests (with one guest in front seat).
There is no guest minimum for our tours.
We do have a three hour minimum.
DOES THE VAN HAVE TAPS ON BOARD?
Sorry but no... our van, "Barley" is transport TO and FROM THE TAPS! ☺️
Please remember... Consumption of alcoholic beverages in the shuttle van is prohibited.
WHERE DO YOU PICK UP AND WHERE DO YOU GO?
Our shuttle service is Door-to-Door!
Pickup/Drop off within 20 miles of our address in Mashpee, MA (and on Cape) is included. Other pickup areas are available for a distance-based fee.
Please keep in mind that we do not pick up off-Cape or very near the canal bridges on the weekends (Fri-Sun) from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend due to bridge traffic.
HOW LONG DO THE EXCURSIONS LAST?
Excursions will typically last 4 to 6 hours, depending on the type of tour and pick up location. It's all customizable!
ARE TIPS INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE?
Tips for TapTastings staff aren't included but are up to you! ☺️
Do you charge more for BACHELORETTE/BACHELOR parties?
No and what's up with that???
MAY WE DRINK ALCOHOL ON THE VAN?
Unfortunately, drinking alcohol on the van is prohibited. This might seem counter to our business but our destinations will be providing the alcohol.
We appreciate our guests respecting the law regarding our van. Snacks and water are provided your swag bags, if that option is chosen.
are there any other restrictions?
SAFETY is our biggest priority. There is no smoking, vaping, or drinking of alcoholic beverages in a TapTastings, LLC vehicle. Please be advised that guests who appear already under the influence of any substance at initial pickup may be denied boarding.
All participants must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by parent and pre-authorized.
Agreement to the TapTastings, LLC Policy Acknowledgment & Waiver will be required by all participants prior to the tour. A preview is below.
WILL YOU EVER CANCEL AN EXCURSION?
It’s possible that an outing would be canceled due to weather, venue unavailability, or some other unforeseen problem. This is extremely rare. Guests would be contacted via the contact information provided to us. Postponement is usually the outcome but refunds would be provided, of course, if requested.
Refunds will not be provided for cancellation, abbreviation, etc due to guest behavior, guest no-show, or other guest issue on the day of the tour.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Amounts paid directly to TapTastings, LLC are refundable with the following schedule:
If the tour is canceled at least 7 days in advance, a 97% refund will be provided.**
If the tour is canceled less than 7 days but before 48 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be provided.
If the tour is canceled within 48 hours of and prior to the start time, a 10% refund will be provided.
**There is a 3% cancellation fee. (Credit card payment systems no longer provide refunds on their processing fees)
How about GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Have one and want to use it?
Your gift certificate has a code that can be applied to any booking! Just enter it during the booking process. If your code is not working, please inquire. It just may not have been added to the booking site.
