This was the highlight of our trip. We started our trip Sunday September 15th, we went to Martha's vineyard, toured cape cod, drove up to P Town for a day. Drove to Canada and back. Did Boston for a day and enjoyed Cheers. Topped off our week with TapTasting excursion On Friday. Leslie and Karen are absolutely the best at what they do. If you are ever on the cape book a tour with them I promise you will not regret it.

This was such a great experience! Leslie and Karen really knew the business of craft beer and made the trip very enjoyable. Getting a guided tasting at one stop with one of the brew masters was phenomenal. From start to finish they did a great job! And, in addition, Karen is retired military, so as a bonus it was great to support a veteran's business.

Had a tremendously fun time! Six of us on the trip, starting at 1:30 and winding up around 5:15. First stop was the Barnstable Brewery where we learned a great deal about craft brewing and the complexities of the process. The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable. Then to Cape Cod Brewery for another flight of beers. We ended up at Bad Martha’s for some more tasting and very fine pizza. Ours hosts/drivers, Karen and Leslie were the absolute coolest. Great concept and superior execution! We will be back.

We had a wonderful time. I took myself and my young son on a kid friendly tour to see the Sandwich Giants. Leslie and Karen were friendly and very welcoming. I learned a few interesting facts along the way too. They van was comfortable and a smooth ride. My son was very excited to receive some swag. Highly recommend booking them for your brewery excursions. I plan to do one with my husband someday.

We did a TapTastings tour yesterday with six friends and had a wonderful time. It was beautifully organized by our hosts, Leslie and Karen, and full of laughter and fun, not to mention good beer, from start to finish. We learned lots about beer and its production as we traveled from one venue to another, and had fun with a raffle and quizzes that gave prizes. Guests are provided with a goodie bag full of snacks, water and TapTastings mementos at the start. Prior to arrival at each brewery, we were given a sheet that listed the beer offerings there, with a description of each to help us make a selection of the 3- 5oz pours that are included in the tour. The tour can include any brewery in the area, and they were all about customizing the tour.... e.g. we ended the tour with an early dinner, then were dropped off at our home where the your started. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend TapTastings excursions and hosts Leslie and Karen, if you’re looking for a fun way to spend the day with family/friends!

Our friends found this tour online a few weeks ago and booked the Brewery tour for 10 of us. We were picked up at a friends house in West Yarmouth for a 10:45am departure. The brand new van was right on time! Karen and Leslie jumped right out and made everyone feel very welcome and were fantastic hosts! They had a nice cooler bag for each person with water bottle,a few snacks (including homemade mustard to dip the pretzels in), coozie, swag stuff, etc..During the drive to each stop they would give us information about the brewery and other information about beer. Even had a beer quiz for a t-shirt and a drawing for prizes at each stop! We spent just the right amount of time at each brewery and then the last stop was The Den in Dennis. This was a restaurant that had reserved the bar for us. The manager TJ was a wealth of knowledge on the subject of local beers after working in the business for years and explained about all of the different local Cape Cod beers they had on tap (over a dozen with more coming). We also enjoyed pizza, wings and salad there which were awesome. We will be going back to The Den on our own for dinner and drinks! All in all a great experience and all 10 of us said we would do this again. We thought that we would only receive a few small samples of beer and we would have to be purchasing our own to fill in the time but that was not the case at all which surprised this beer drinker!
Tips- we met for muffins/bagels before the tour started which is a smart move. Some of these beers are 8-9% alcohol and they hit most everyone after the first brewery. They supply a cooler in the van so if you purchase beer at a brewery you can keep it cold. There is no drinking in the van but the rides are so short and you are snacking out of your bag and having some water. No one said that they wished they could drink on the road. Not necessary to find 10 friends to go with as Leslie and Karen are so easy to talk to and will make everyone feel comfortable. So much more fun doing a tap tasting this way than trying to coordinate it yourself and having to drive. This is a 10 out of 10. Great job Karen and Leslie!!
